- Apartment is nice on the surface - Kitchen has nice countertops - Bathroom is well designed with a glass door shower - one of the bedrooms is a decent size - Split Heating/Cooling works well

Cons

- Roaches were present every now and then - Rat was seen inside building - apartment building doesn’t have separate mailboxes - apartment utilities are all on a shared meter - apartment building is entering into foreclosure proceedings - living room is too small and has no windows - landlord seems to be involved in shady dealings due to all of what is described above
