Overall, fine street across from an elementary school. The neighboring buildings still hold some local families and they have parties during the nice weather months with good music. Close to the M/J. Good area in Brooklyn. Close to shops and stores and groceries. Only 3 unit building
No backyard access for units 2 and 3. No roof access. Can hear noise from Broadway.
