Not Bad For the Most Part

Pros

Building was maintained pretty well and cleaned

Cons

Surrounding area is pretty loud though not the fault of property management. Property management responsiveness is slow and need to constantly follow up for a response

Advice to the owners

Respond quicker to tenants who are having issues

Loved the backyard, decent management

Pros

Renovated, not strict, backyard, close to the train, location is ideal, laundry in building, cameras in building

Cons

Leaks (it happened once), kind of dirty (streets), 1st floor not so good pest control, they are constructing both buildings next door (left side and right side) into clubs, mailbox is outside of building, no mailroom for packages (stolen a couple of times, also got my bike stolen)
