Great new building!

Pros:
I love that everything in this building is new and fresh, we were the first tenants in our apartment so it was great! The location in proximity to trains is fantastic! Landlord was always super responsive any time we needed anything!
Cons:
Why did they build a 5 story building and no elevator!!! Prepare to walk up a LOT of stairs

Pros:
Everything is updated and clean. Floors are real wood and sound transfer is minimal (I rarely hear my neighbors through the walls)
Cons:
Small rooms and garbage is always right out front
