This building guarantees a renewal and capped rent increases, if you follow your lease terms.

This building is just great. There is laundry in the basement, a dishwasher in most units (if not all?), and it's in a great location. The owners didn't raise my rent when we re-signed and the super is so responsive.
The only cons were that the basement laundry only had one unit (one washer and one dryer), which at times was annoying if someone forgot their laundry.
