    Totally fine, but can be hard to get a hold of management

    good AC, not too many neighbors in the building
    Cons:
    our landlord / management was often unresponsive. you have to call them. the portal is useless
    Advice to owner:
    Be more responsive to email and portal requests (or don't have a portal)
