Nice and sunny apartment

Management is shit
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location to the transit
Cons:
Management is cheap, doesn’t care about tenants at all just trying to make as much money as possible.

Our apartment was broken into and landlords did nothing.

Bathroom ceiling also collapsed and flooded apartment and management fixed the issue after several days, said they would compensate us in some way for the trouble but ultimately did nothing. We paid rent on time each month and still at the end of our lease had to fight to get our security deposit check back which took months and they are still withholding part of it without providing a valid reason.

Overall, incredibly overpriced apartments. Landlords getting away with way too much.
