    Decent building to live in

    Pros:
    Decent building with decent owners
    Cons:
    Bug problems with little response from landlord.
    Advice to owner:
    Take some time to do some proper work on this place. There are several 'bandaids' throughout the apartment that cover up real foundational issues. I genuinely think this place is rotting from the inside out. The evidence is in the species of bugs we find around the place.
