Terrible Management & Upkeep

Pros:
Quiet, Cool Neighborhood
Cons:
Black Mold, Landlord was unreachable, Once went without hot water for a week with no help, Floor was slanted, Roof leaked severely.
Advice to owner:
Actually pay attention to your properties

Not the worst apartment I’ve lived in

Pros:
Excellent neighborhood, landlord is mostly responsive and not hard to get a hold of, mostly new inside apartments
Cons:
Heat is electric and therefore very expensive/heaters not big enough to heat entire apartment. Very noisy with bar downstairs and usually smells like smoke due to people standing outside. Building is not well insulated, pipes have frozen in the past
