Super lives near by and he is very sweet and helpful
Cons:
Had cockroach problems. The owner sent pest control but the they kept coming back through the bathroom. Situated next to a club/restaurant that is really loud and operates 4-5am on the weekends.
Advice to owner:
None really. The owner did his best to keep his words.
