Great apartment layout, spacious, all important amenities included

Cons

Lots of leaks/leak damage that went unaddressed (including in bedrooms). Washer/dryer only half-works. Hallways/etc are banged up from people moving.

Advice to the owners

Use better quality paint/sheetrock!! The stuff used in our apartment now is so damaged and leak-susceptible.
