Horrible management and little to no upkeep of the building makes it not worth the price. Building is infested with roaches and mice inside, and rats outside. Black mold was present upon move in

Former Tenant
Pros:
Love the location, the neighbors are nice, nice apartment
Cons:
Building in disrepair, stairs are pretty bad, the management company really drags its feet for repairs including leaks and black mold, and increases the rent a lot every year despite not doing any repairs
