So many roaches
Former Tenant
Pros:
Hmmm…the windows were pretty nice.
Cons:
A million roaches. Occasional mice. Dishwasher never worked. Water would come down from the apartment above, leaving lots of water damage. Management fixed the water damage but not the cause, so it would just keep happening. The hallways were disgusting. Oh, did I mention the million roaches?

Location is everything I guess
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great.
Cons:
Cockroaches are pretty bad, the heat is kind of out of control in the winter, if you have an issue don’t expect to get a response until you contact them upwards of 5 times, the stairwell is pretty disgusting, it’s really loud outside on the weekends, some of the people that live here are the worst. Also there's mice and the ceilings and radiators are constantly leaking.
