Building Falling Apart, Awful Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location in the neighborhood
Cons:
Management couldn't care less. We had a significant leak in our ceiling due to holes in the roof that caused us to have to evacuate until it stopped raining, and management told us there was "nothing they can do". Lots of huge roaches, the building is disgusting, neighbors are loud. The front door is often left unlocked.
Advice to owner:
Do better please.
