not a bad place to live
Pros
not super expensive for its location, overall clean and no pests
Cons
thins walls, heat system is ok but not great, bathrooms are not well kept and have a lot of humidity, windows get a lot of condensation and are not properly isolated
Advice to the owners
bathrooms need to be renewed, like urgently

some little updates to the units would be nice but no problems at all
Pros
No bugs, building is fairly clean, Super is very nice and always ready help, management was serious and my experience has been very positive. Exterminator comes every month.
Cons
Heating system, hot air, I personally didn't liked it that much. Better isolated windows. No access to the backyard, never understood if we were supposed to go in there or not.
