Great Survival Space
Pros
1. The landlord is professional. And her mother is a lovely woman. 2. Affordable AF 3. Flexible rental periods. After 3 months you can do month to month.
Cons
1. Flatmates can be hit or miss. 2. The public areas can get dirty. It's left up to the tenants to make sure the trash is taken outside. People also like leaving their left over stuff in the lobby room. 3. Heating was the best in my room and ended up having to buy a separate heater. 4. Flies can be an issue during the summer. And we did have one mouse in the house situation. But the management was good with getting rid of it.
