    5 Year Tenant and Wish I Could Stay

    Pros:
    Great management, rent stabilized, and an owner willing to help keep you around for the long term.
    Cons:
    Floors in the basement level are kind of ugly, but what are you gonn do! It's a basement you can buy a rug. Package theft is also an issue, but it is in all brooklyn buildings and management offered to have packages shipped to their office.
