Small, but clean and safe

Pros

-no packages stolen -responsive -trees around back -roof views -no major bug or rodent issues -hallways cleaned weekly -laundry downstairs -near good spots like Rosie’s, fine time, sweet anaëlle

Cons

No real closets, common living space very small for 3 ppl, but the worst thing is we came to move in and previous tenants hadn’t moved out bc management said they could stay an extra day despite them knowing we were coming on the first.. anyway! lol but it’s been fine just small and no light in half the apartment. not somewhere I’d stay more than a year
