Not at all the worst, would love some changes

Pros:
Never heard the neighbors
Cons:
Saw a roach in the common area and can ever have Amazon deliver packages
Advice to owner:
Check for bugs and fix buzzers for apartments

Quick small building

No one bothers you since there’s only three apartments in the building
Cons:
Old and needs an update Flooring makes a lot of noise Kitchen can be updated
Advice to owner:
The garbage outside the building should be taken care of it’s the cause why my apartment has so many rats.

This place is a scam
Advice to owner:
Don’t rent spaces that are illegal to rent (the basement). The fact that I’m hearing they are now showing the space and trying to rent it after I had to move out because it flooded with raw sewage, got moldy because management failed to respond when I told them it flooded, and the city came and told them that they space was an illegal living space tells you everything you need to know about management.

Pros:
The high ceilings on the 3rd floor are nice. Roof isn’t finished but the view is great.
Cons:
Management is so unresponsive. Moved in and immediately found mold and roaches and no response from management until weeks later.
Advice to owner:
Take care of your building.

Pros:
Roof access, pet friendly, reasonable price
Cons:
The basement flooded and I reached out to everyone I’m supposed to call and still haven’t heard back. It’s been 2 days. They’re also very irresponsible. At one point one of my roommates paid several months in advanced and they lost the money and were hounding her for rent payments for several months
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants like people and be more responsible
