Good building, but ruined by the stoop
Pros
Clean, never had pests despiting not always doing dishes right away. Modernly updated inside. Responsive management, they come quickly when you report an issue.
Cons
Unhoused people are often passed out in the door way and live/camp in the stoop area by the trash and entrance. I have had to walk over passed out people many times. And the noise is very loud if you're street facing. it's not the buildings fault, but when complaining, they said they cant do anything about the people. Simply adding a gate would fix the issue but IDK how it works. Price asked for is not is not worth it with that in mind.
Advice to the owners
fInd a way to close the stoop/trash/entrance area. Maybe Double walled glass for street facing apartments windows
