Future Tenants Beware
Pros
Great location in the center of Bushwick.
Cons
Multiple instances of negligence from the property manager regarding plumbing and heating. No central a/c so the living room/kitchen becomes too hot for comfort in the summer, even with several fans/window a/c units. The radiator has never worked either, so prepare to buy multiple space heaters as well. Have gone days without a working toilet, and ended up fixing it ourselves. For the heating and plumbing, we've requested maintenance multiple times only to be ignored for multiple days. Be very careful when choosing to move to this building.
