Nice neighborhood and nice neighbors
Pros
The building itself is an old building but kept clean. The neighbors are nice and overall a safe environment. There is a code to the building so it’s a secure building.
Cons
The stairs in the building squeaked a lot and it’s a 4 floor building no elevators. There is some form of a mouse infestation. Never had a pest control person come by for the issue. We had to just deal with it ourselves with mouse traps and things like that
Advice to the owners
Be proactive with pest control and try to figure out the squeaky stairs.
