Great Super, some bugs

Pros

Very responsive super and management company, and the neighbors are kind about bringing in packages for you/ dropping them by your door. Building has good bones and no neighbor on one side so natural light throughout our unit.

Cons

There is definitely a roach nest somewhere in the building. Every time the seasons change we get a few adolescent roaches coming out of pipes or cracks. Really annoying - we use our own bait because the traps they set are ineffective.
