Good sized apartment with NYC problems
Pros
The apartment is a nice size. Landlord lives in the building and is responsive with issues
Cons
Have had issues with ants. Building is a little dirty. Bedroom is on the street side so there’s a lot of noise at night

Responsive, responsible management
Pros
I lived in this building for 3 years and had a great experience. The landlord is very responsive and takes care of any issues quickly. The building is also relatively small and quiet. New appliances and nice finishes too.
Cons
Sometimes the front door lock was hard to open but they fixed it.
