    The potential isn’t even given a Chance

    Pros:
    The charm of the old apartment styles
    Cons:
    No packages are ever delivered and are always stolen, there’s no security whatsoever in the entrance, responsiveness is sub par to issues and the heat is inadequate
    Advice to owner:
    Install security cameras to the entrance so that tenants are respected and nothing gets stolen.
