Don’t expect leaks to get fixed
Pros
The building itself is beautiful. Great location. Laundry on every floor of the building is fantastic to have.
Cons
I’ve had a leak in my apt since I’ve moved in (1 1/2 years ago) that is difficult to repair because of the exterior of the building, but my emails go unanswered and even though the leak is difficult to fix, taking this long to fix it is absurd. Also the building is across the street from ex-cops in the “K9” center who have non-covid safe block parties until 4AM with very loud music.
Advice to the owners
Prioritize your tenants needs.
