Mellow Mid Century Appeal
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious apartment with a unique layout and classic look. Absolutely no pests insight, and depending on what direction you face, it gets great natural light.
Cons:
You can hear everything going on outside at all times, pretty noisy on the weekends. Maintenance can be slow when needed.
Advice to owner:
Quicker response time to maintenance issues

groovy get the job done
Former Tenant
Pros:
small building, feels very DIY, spacious, close to everything, lovely street
Cons:
no direct landlord, everything was handled by putting in a “ticket” and waiting/being contacted by multiple different people who hardly ever had the right story, someone was stealing packages that had been delivered inside the building but cameras weren’t installed, & extremely hot in summer on top floor/no good airway for main living area
Advice to owner:
being more friendly and helpful with tenants

Apt 1L Renter Beware
Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenient location, easy commute
Cons:
The first floor apartment 1L is subleased by a woman named Fada Quinn/Erin Quinn/Elaine Quinn she goes by a few aliases. The apartment is filthy, covered in mold. She’s a con artist and totally takes advantage of her tenants. DO NOT RENT.Rats, Racoons, Moths and MOLD
Advice to owner:
Be a decent human. Fix issues as soon as they arrive instead of downplaying and deflecting
