Pretty great space

Pros:
good light in my apartment, I didn't personally have any issues with pests, respectful neighbors, working and cleanly amenities, nice view from roof
Cons:
the roof was nice and I wish I could actually sit up there but the "furniture" is basically unusable
Advice to owner:
Put more actual seating and tables on the roof!

Very Cool Building -- Just Wish Management Did Slightly More

- building amenities are lovely - rooms and closets are good sized - rent stabilized
Cons:
- always elevators down - management would rather save than fully maintain property (will only fix things if they have to)
Advice to owner:
your building is great and people want to live here but please take better care of it
