Nice but Issues

Pros:
Great area, small and personable building, big kitchen
Cons:
The gas is a HUGE issue and it’s the landlord’s fault (she labeled everyone in the building incorrectly so we are being grossly overcharged) plus there are issues. One month was a 500+ dollar bill. For our tiny apartment. It’s the only reason we want to leave.
Advice to owner:
FIX THE GAS ISSUE PLEASE!

Location is trendy, a ton to do
Lighting in R units is great
Landlord is ok
Cons:
No laundry or dishwasher
Bar nearby + streets can be loud
No place to store garbage
Buzzers were supposed to be installed but never were
Advice to owner:
Keep rents in line with everyone’s income, not made up market rate values
