It's well located and it looks nice, as it's newly renovated. The area is great and the apartment is nice, with a good kitchen area and rooms that have big windows for natural light.
Cons:
The main living room area doesn't have any natural light at all, which is a bummer. There also isn't much storage space in the kitchen, so you'll likely have to get an additional cabinet or something. And lastly, the hot water can be touch-and-go during the winter months. If anyone else has taken a shower shortly before you, your hot water will not last very long (if it shows up at all).
