Second floor apartment

Pros:
Close to shops, laundromat, subway st, doorstep to the park. Very central to Bushwick.
Cons:
The back of the building. Especially in the summertime, parties go on sometimes. It's the odd time. Was a mice problem at one stage. The heat cut out during the winter time. Due to overwhelming usage from the building.

Value for money on paper is decent. Renovated in the last ten years and the bathroom and kitchen are in decent condition.
Cons:
Mice problem in the building. Landlord will fix bigger issues only generally.
