Well it was an experience

Pros:
Overlooking Maria Hernandez park. Close to the L train. Location in general.
Cons:
There was some kind of rat / squirrel / raccoon infestation in the ceiling. The management brought in an incompetent pest control company that was not equipped to handle the situation. In the summer, the building circuit would get overloaded and shut down on hot days.

It’s okay but could be better

Pros:
Rooms are pretty far away from roommates and there’s a lot of brick walls if you like that.
Cons:
If you end up with the smallest room then your window will face directly into the living room so get a curtain! There’s two neighbors that are pretty loud, one has a noisy pet bird that will probably keep you up at night and the other has karaoke parties on the weekends. The front door to the building has a broken lock and there have been multiple reportings of package theft. The super is also super intimidating and can be harsh sometimes but he means well.
