Affordable while it lasted
Former Tenant
Pros:
I had a mostly good relationship with the building manager as long as you were polite and compliant. Exterminator comes monthly as long as you are in the apartment to receive him.
Cons:
Don't expect the building manager to do his job; he will pick up the phone and give you the number of the plumber/roofer/etc, and hand it off to you. He even told the new tenants to contact us to hand off the key without our knowledge. He also did not know which internet providers serviced our buildings when the new tenants asked and sent them our way again. Occasional issues with water/heat from time to time, old 4th-floor walk-up building that is cleaned every two weeks on a good month. The building manager was excited to jack the rent up as soon as we left.
Advice to owner:
Don't hand off your job to your tenants

Not bad, not great
Former Tenant
Pros:
I liked how close it is to everything. The roof is really nice too, I don't think you're supposed to go up there but the skyline view is incredible. Overall a nice place right on the edge of gentrification.
Cons:
The winged apartments are so skinny though that it makes having wifi or even 3G impossible. Good luck if you're not near the router. The stairs and everything were generally a bit dirty, but nothing too bad. Water pressure was nice, the light inside the apartments is really bad.
Advice to owner:
Look over pests, garbage control and cleaning a bit more.
