    Generally responsive super and landlord
    Cons:
    Garbage management was poor, didn’t seem to have any interest with minor maintenance (expected to fix yourself)

    The work dome om the apartment looks very nice.
    Cons:
    Leaks randomly, garbage everywhere around the neighborhood, hallway is never cleaned (except by me), fireworks all night in the summer, rats, rats ,rats.
    Advice to owner:
    Get a better super.
