    Okay building, nice neighbors

    In the 3 years we’ve lived here our rent only went up $25, good enough living conditions, friendly neighbors.
    Cons:
    Pretty extreme mouse problem inside and outside
    Advice to owner:
    Pest control, better trash maintenance
