great location, no major issues
Pros
The super is great and very responsive with little issues that have popped up. Walls are fairly thick and it's nice to be so close to the train.
Cons
sometimes the trash area gets messy and the floor is on a bit of a slant so things don't always cook evenly on the stovetop. seen two american cockroaches months apart - never turned into an infestation so likely weather related.

Tenant at the apartment
Pros
Good location and good price
Cons
AC ended up not working in December, they had to install window AC. Which costs twice more on electricity. Slow to respond to issues at the apartment
