Horrible apartment owned by the theiving organization Landa App 3

Pros:
For now its below market, not for long
Cons:
Management barely responds, currently the building has so many repairs that need fixing and everything is being done by tenants on their own
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants like human beings and stop being robotic slum lords
