    amount of space
    Cons:
    no closets/thin walls/impossible to keep heated

    The location is great
    Cons:
    The thinnest walls ever, you will hear the doors open and close every time. I don’t think the walls are properly Insulated so be prepared to run heat constantly in winter

    Update the building
