Don’t rent here
Former Tenant
Pros:
High ceilings. Not much else
Cons:
Major gas leak in 2024 that the owners charged the tenants for. Owners allowed a venue to move in illegally in the basement. Sound levels regularly exceed 90 dB on the first 2 floors. Paper thin walls, you can hear neighbors two doors away. Horrible insulation, hot in summer, freezing in the winter. Hallways flood during any amount of rain. Tenants have provided multiple videos of water pouring from their ceilings but management ignores them. Lead paint on ceilings
Advice to owner:
You’re a horrible person
