Easy landlord, good building, alright responsiveness
Pros
I loved the backyard and the location of the building. The water pressure was great and the landlord was generally receptive to typical maintenance tasks for plumbing issues.
Cons
Security issues of people entering the building, however, the landlord was not so helpful. The trash overflows and there are some rats in front of the building at times.

Great apts ruined by management company
Pros
Lots of space, backyard, pest control comes once a month
Cons
Rented out illegal apartments, illegally destabilized, management harrasses tenants and tried raise rent over legal percentage during covid
Advice to the owners
Stop trying to be above the law
