Very spacious rooms, on a nice street close to the park

Cons

Managment is incredibly non-responsive and regularly skips out on putting out trash, fixing hot water issues, or doing monthly pest control/cleaning of the common areas. Additionally when we rented there was in-building washer/dryer. This turned out to be illegally installed and was removed, although we had to figure this out ourselves as it was never communicated to us.

Completely trashed on move in, constantly flooding of basement, slow responsiveness of management, washer and dryer in building stopped working a couple months into lease and never were fixed
