A good place but top floors experienced water damage often.
Former Tenant
Pros:
It was a good building overall. The owner was responsive with any issues we faced. Ultimately moved out because the rent went up $500.
Cons:
The building was nice but there was water damage on the top floor apartments because of the slant of the building. The owner tried to fix it but there was still water damage in the ceiling that they just painted over.

Avoid at all costs
Former Tenant
Pros:
Being close to the main area of Bushwick
Cons:
The management company does not care about their tenants and does not keep the building clean or in good shape. The apartments are renovated but there are issues with roaches, centipedes, spiders, water damage, etc. When asking the management company to fix things, they claim it’s fixed when they’ve just covered up the issue further. When looking at the buildings violation history, it shows that the owner of this building does not care about their tenants.
Advice to owner:
Bare minimum effort would be appreciated.

Don’t live here - unit 1 R
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location in bushwick, super close to Maria Hernandez <3
Cons:
The basement flooded constantly, there’s no window in there to air out the moldy stale air. Lots of granddaddy long legs and silver fish down there as well. Management was hardly receptive to help with these issues.
Front room is super loud as it’s so close to sidewalk and can’t open windows as the trash is right outside.
The neighbor next door is loud and scary - hangs around building all the time and would bang on my wall (back room) at random times during the night.
Also the upstairs sink randomly overflowed (like water came up through the drain) and water went all over the bathroom and seeped into the basement
Advice to owner:
Fix everything. This place is hardly livable and was very over priced considering
