    Dishonest landlord, crazy neighbors
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Nice views, quiet gym, high ceilings in penthouse floors.
    Cons:
    - landlord refused to return security deposit for no good reason
    - low quality furnishings in the apartments
    - train is extremely noisy when out on the balcony
    - neighbors shouting all night, screaming, smoking, letting their dog shit on the balcony
