Cons:
Record conversations you have with Jostina Lin. They send a letter from their attorney out of nowhere telling me they I had to vacate after 5 years always paying rent on time and actually thought we had a decent LL/tenant relationship. They didn't return my deposit I had to hire a lawyer. At the end they wouldn't respond to emails or texts. She also had me communicate with her Son who I have no idea how old he may be. Pretty bad but not the worst just keep track of conversations and make sure you have money to get an attorney if needed.
Advice to owner:
Upkeep the building more. Repair the entrance hole in the wall. Be a decent human being and honor your word. Return deposit.
