The building was updated and scheduling maintenance was easy.

Cons

Hallways weren’t cleaned well. Holes outside of building are being poorly maintained with temporary solutions.

Very nice home

Pros

Overall no major complaints! Responsive management and nice apartment in a great area!

Cons

Some occasional packages got stolen and the street/ garbage area had tons of rats but like its also new york so you can only do so much!

Advice to the owners

give better instructions to tenants upon move in around things like ac units and washing machine use
