Renters approve of the building's owners
Landlord helped me move in. Unheard of. She was incredibly nice. Very comfortable everything worked and the few problems we had she fixed immediately. Landlord also is very helpful since I moved out with mail and new apartments.
She eventually kicked me out because I played guitar too loudly without real notice for me to change my behavior. That I didn’t like. But overall a great landlord.
