Avoid this management company

Pros

Good light, trash in front of the building, quiet neighbors, good area.

Cons

Mold, lots of leaks, don't expect management to ever fix things in the correct way. Shady electricity situation - had ConEd cut our power randomly due to past due bills from years ago. The heating works but windows are terrible at keeping out the cold so the apartment can get pretty cold even with the heat on. Lots of things crowding the halls, not the cleanest public areas.
