Fine but loud

Pros

the LL is responsive to fixing issues, generally no issues within the building

Cons

The LL has no respect for your time and expects you to drop everything when its convenient for him. LOUD building and units, mismatched paint all throughout, trash pickup is awful.

Advice to the owners

Get better trash pick up, insulation, and respect your tenants. Just because they are moving out doesn't mean you can enter the apartment without notice.
