Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews indicate that 709 Hart Street in Brooklyn offers a generally positive living experience. Tenants appreciate the cleanliness, efficient garbage management, and responsive owner. The building's amenities like a rooftop space, gym, and pet-friendly policy are praised. However, concerns include recurring elevator issues, noise due to thin walls, and delayed maintenance responses. Improved elevator maintenance and soundproofing could enhance the overall appeal, despite these drawbacks, making it a recommended choice for those seeking a comfortable Bushwick apartment.

Broken elevator. Owner doesn’t care
Former Tenant
Pros:
Newer building, small gym, laundry in basement, bike storage and parking
Cons:
Elevator was constantly broken and people were always getting stuck in it. FDNY was called many times, management did nothing. We had a crazy ceiling leak that the management didn’t even respond to our maintenance request for weeks
