Great place, would be better if it didn’t flood

Pros:
The natural light, backyard, and in-unit laundry. Split A/C and Heat units. Great closet space!
Cons:
Flooding in the basement every time it rains. Spiders and pests in the basement. Rats in the backyard. Front door buzzer breaks semi regularly. Packages stolen from entry way. Mold in the basement
Advice to owner:
Replace the floorboards and closet doors in the basement. Find a permanent solution to fixing the flooding issues and ventilation issue with the washer/dryer in the basement.
