    Great location, super close to the park
    pets allowed
    Cons:
    Mgmt takes a long time to respond and is *very* difficult. Cannot stress this enough. We have had leaks, power outages, bedbugs and mgmt was difficult in all scenarios.
    Roaches are bad, pest control does not do a good job and picks and chooses when to show up
    Garbage disposal is terrible and multiple fines have resulted from it. It will pile up for weeks at a time, which causes more roaches coming from the windows and rats outside.
